v Shall be responsible for overall business development activity for warehousing services business vertical
v Shall be setting and working with as per the approved business targets. Would also be responsible for distributing and coordinating the business targets with / among the junior officers / executives for business development in different states and shall coordinate the progress at equal intervals.
v Shall also be regularly coordinating with respective state heads for achieving the set business targets and would also motivate the junior members in the effort to achieve it.
v Should also be responsible for adding prospective new clients, traders, business houses, financial and lending institutions to the business fold and shall do all efforts to increase numbers. Would also coordinate and maintain cordial business relation with all of the stakeholders.
v Shall also be responsible for the company’s branding to increase the business numbers and presence. Will also be responsible for meeting with all corporate clients, such as ITC, all banks, etc., and other corporate customers / clients and will maintain a regular interface.
v Shall also be sharing regular periodical reports and MIS about the progress in business development. Would also help in setting the KRAs and KPIs for the junior members and shall monitor the progress in every quarter.
v Shall also share critical business and market intelligence so that business plans are accordingly modified and efforts are redirected. Shall also help the business vertical with risk assessments and ways to mitigate it, if any.
Proven track record of success for 2-4 years as field sales personnel in multinational organisation with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines and payment collection.
Experience of sales through distributor network shall not be considered.
CTC including salary, performance incentive, other benefits etc. in current job should not be less than Rs.2.5 Lac
Sales target/achievement in current job should not be less than Rs. 1 Crore.
Age at the time of application should not be more than 27 years.
Sound mental and physical health is essential with no history of serious medical illness.
Should have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose.

6. Give weekly sales reports to the Directors.
7. Conducting site surveys/audits.
8. Provide a weekly projects pipelines update to Project Sales Manager.
